Who We Are

The KLEMCA was established in the year 2000. It was inaugurated by Shri. Siddappa, Vice Chancellor, Bangalore University, Bangalore on 24-01-2000.The Course is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Bangalore University having an intake capacity of 40 students. 50% of the intake is through government quota(PGCET) and the remaining 50% through KMAT. The duration of the study is four semester spanning a period of two years.

Facilities

KLE MCA has 6 computer labs equipped with latest licensed software, latest systems and internet facility. All the systems in the labs are connected to central servers to provide basic support. All the major software and hardware platforms are available to the faculty and students.

Programming language compilers and application packages are available. Access to students for various Operating Systems is provided to cater practical hands-on experience. The student to computer ratio is 1: 1. We provide well-furnished classrooms with LCD Screen. They are designed to offer complete comfort for the intense hours of the classroom teaching and interface.

Well-furnished classrooms with state-of-the-art Infrastructure which helps real time learning. To cope with the power cuts and to provide maximum uptime to the users, computer labs are powered by a 25 KVA capacity UPS system.

The placement cell is a vital part of our organization where the outcome of students’ technical and practical skills are weighed. KLE SNC MCA has an excellent track record in placing students in well managed and reputed institutions with global standards across the IT capital of India, Bengaluru.
